Refund Policy – Little Sensory Wonders

At Little Sensory Wonders, I want you to feel supported and confident in everything you book or buy. Here's how refunds work across services:

1:1 Sessions

• Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice or more can be rescheduled or refunded.

• Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• If something unexpected happens (we’re all parents!), please message me — I’ll always try to help where I can.

Digital Downloads (e.g., playbooks & printables)

• Due to the instant nature of downloads, all digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

• If you have trouble accessing your file or need help using it, just reach out and I’ll make it right.

Classes and Multi-Session Bundles

• Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the first class in a bundle.

• After that, I may be able to offer credit or rescheduling, depending on the situation — just get in touch.
